Therapy & Workshops

I am honored to be a therapist. It truly feels like a calling for me and I am so grateful to have made it a career as well. I am currently working part-time as a therapist for individual adult clients and offer Fat Positivity CE courses for counselors. Individual Therapy

I offer individual 50 minute therapy sessions for $160 per session. My clients are typically BIPOC, LGBTQ+, plus-size, and/or new parents dealing with body image issues, stress-management, anxiety, depression, confidence, and/or self-esteem. My approach is warm, open, and compassionate and I align with CBT, Mindfulness, Client-Centered, Feminist, and Queer theory approaches.

Workshops/CE Courses

I work a lot with Body Image- particularly for clients who are plus size, and I really cherish this work. I understand what it is like to walk through a world that was not designed for your body and enjoy coaching counselors on Fat Positive Counseling through CE Courses and Live Workshops. My newest CE course, Becoming a Fat Positive Counselor, will be available asynchronously toward the end of 2025.
