Hello!

Hi new friend! I am Sofia- a super femme, multiracial, queer, fat, and creative human and mom! I really value connecting with humanity.  Connecting with others' worldviews and passions, fears and feelings, and helping them on their self-actualization journey is a huge source of fulfillment for me and how I make meaning in my life.  Being a therapist is such a great honor for me- I am so grateful for my career and deeply value the work I get to do with my amazing clients and peers.  After practicing for over 5 years as a licensed counselor, I began to feel called to help the masses.  I have learned so much in my professional and personal life and I feel called to share what I have learned with anyone who may benefit from my expertise and lived experience.  This is why I am writing my body image workbook, sharing content on social media, and creating workshops for counselors and clients- to help as many people as possible thrive and achieve their wildest dreams.

Aside from my work as a therapist and author, I am also a hella creative human! I love all things arts and crafts and am currently focusing my creative brain on illustrating my body image workbook, water color painting, digital art using procreate, amigurami crochet, and throwing pottery on my pottery wheel!  I am a full-time momma to two perfect babies and fur mom to two very fluffy pommies.  I love all things fantasy, am deep into fairy romantasy novels, LOVE KPOP DEMON HUNTERS, dragons, magic generally, and I collect crystals and tarot card decks. I am also married to the most perfect person on earth who loves all of who I am.
